I lived this for many years while battling bulimia, depression, and anxiety. Addicted to exercising, obsessed with what I put in my body, paranoid, and uncertain about the people in my life.
This was happening because the rules, boundaries, and limitations I built were not stable in my truth.
It was a battleground inside my head 24/7. Always on alert. Never truly able to rest and relax.
Once I surrendered and committed to a new foundation rooted in authentic health and wellness, my neurotic tendencies started to dissipate.
Exercising because what a gift it is to move! 👣
